Freight and Dispatch
Freight charges are calculated in accordance to weight, prices below are based on 25kg max thereafter the price will change.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days unless otherwise negotiated between Rose Scents and the Customer.
All orders are subject to availability of stock and you will be notified immediately if we are temporarily out of stock.
Customs Duty and Sales Tax
It rarely happens but if your parcel is stopped by your country’s customs and they wish for you to pay a duty or sales tax, please understand that we cannot be responsible for this random bad luck.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added at check out for New Zealand customers only.
Breakages
We stand by all our products so if for any reason the product you receive has been damaged by the shipping process, please contact us within 48 hours and we will replace the item or refund your money on receipt of the damaged item.

New Zealand Delivery
Free delivery in New Zealand on all online purchases $100 or more*.
*Excludes delivery to Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island and Waiheke Island.
Purchases worth less than $100 will incur a delivery charge. Rates are as follows
Standard Post with in NZ is Weight dependant.
Prices can vary from $6.00— $10.00 starting at 100grams
For Standard Post overseas Weight dependant.
Prices will be advised at time of enquiry or purchase
Rose Scents will courier your purchases to your chosen destination anywhere within New Zealand*. Please allow up to 3 working days for North Island delivery and up to 5 working days for South Island delivery from the date payment is made.
*Unfortunately we do not deliver to P O Box addresses.
International Delivery
We do not provide delivery to international destinations.
Availability
All products shown on our website are currently available. Products no longer available are automatically removed from the website. However, depending on the quantity you order and our best efforts to ensure our stock inventory is accurate, sometimes availability maybe out of our control.
Our promise to you is the if for any reason we cannot supply your order within 5 working days, we will notify you within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and confirm with you that you still wish to continue with your purchase. If you do not, we will refund you immediately.
Payment Options
Direct Credit
You can pay by direct credit by simply going to your online banking account and making a payment using the bank account details provided. Please include your order number in the reference field. These details will be sent to you once you have confirmed the order via Email.
Phone
You can arrange payment over the phone, such as providing credit card details. Please call 24 hours after placing the order on the website, to allow us sufficient time to receive and process your order.
Please quote your order number as a reference when you call.
Pricing
All pricing shown on our website is in New Zealand dollars and includes GST.
Pricing, special offers and free gifts (such as free gift with purchase) are subject to availability, and Rose Scents reserves the right to cancel or amend these without notice. Any of these changes will not affect current orders.
