Customer must arrange return of the items with Shipping Label provided by Rose Scents.

If you are not satisfied with you order, please call us immediately on 0274721124 or contact us, via hello@rosescents.co.nz. We will exchange or refund you once we have received the items that you are not satisfied with. They must be in original condition and unopened.

Any damaged goods should be notified by calling us on 0274721124 or contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will replace or refund you immediately if any goods are damaged upon delivery. Please email us hello@rosescents.co.nz with a full description of damage and photos of the damages are helpful.

Replacements items are subject to availability, and if we do not have that particular item stocked, we will keep you informed as to when delivery will be made or we will refund you immediately should you prefer. Refunds can take up to 1- 5 working days, once all return obligations have been met.

Please ensure all unwanted or damaged goods are returned to Rose Scents in their original and unused condition, with their original packaging within 2 days of receipt of delivery. Please contact us to arrange collection of the Goods. You will be sent a packing slip to return the goods at no charge once all obligations have been met.
