Long Summer days destroy vase flowers quickly. To keep them fresh longer follow these simple tips.
1/ change water daily
2/add 1 tablespoon of each of the following: white vingar, white sugar (raw is best) citric acid. If you don't have citric acid bleach or lemon juice. This is for a large vase. 1/2 that for a small vase. Stir till dissolved in water.
3/ snip about 1-2 cm of stems on 45 degree angle daily
4/ remove soft and wilting stems
Most of all keep them away from direct sunlight and drafts. I rotate mine during the day.
All my flowers leave me hydrated and if you follow these steps you will get at least 7 days of blooms
